Darryl is a professional and friendly person who saved us from buying an expensive new TV. Repairs were paid via LG service and support yet up here on the Central Coast NSW, we were very lucky to have had the pleasure of seeing this man in action too. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately I had a LG C7 which had a retention issue from factory, the whole process with DK Electronics, a father and son business were very honest and straight to the point business men. From the beginning it always came across that they ALWAYS thought of the customer first, even though it was not their product sold. They actually give LG the brand a good name! My second time round, I had to call them cause of a issue of the replacement unit I received from LG (C8) again great customer service and thoughtful service with the end user in mind! I’ll keep you posted on how this round goes! But DK Electronics, top service!

I had my LG OLED repaired with this company following a defect in the power supply. I couldn't rate them highly enough. I was kept up to date every step of the way, the television was collected at my house and again dropped off once the repair was complete, and the turn around time was incredible; half of what I was expecting. One of the best companies I've dealt with and I really couldn't recommend them more highly.
